It was made clear to me, right away, that I was going to be pampered inside of her site. The design is fairly simple, but easy on the eyes with excellent organization. The homepage contains a simple navigation menu, her personal status update, a message center, her audio blog, her latest updates, a biography, her personal calendar, her diary, and member comments. Her status update indicates when she last logged in and her current mood. The time stamps indicate she's logging into her site frequently. Her audio blog rocks! Hearing her sweet voice telling you "sweet dreams" and wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving is worth the price of admission into her site alone. The average length of an entry is around a minute with a new entry coming in nearly once a week and sometimes more. The message center gives members access to an email client that allows them to communicate back and forth with Aurora. Her calendar not only indicates what she's got going on and where she'll be from day-to-day, but it includes personal information about family birthday's and anniversary's. Her online diary/blog is updated nearly everyday and she her entries aren't one or two sentences long like the diary entries found inside of other sites. Believe it or not, the archive of her content is the weakest aspect of her site. The photo section is more impressive than the video section. Some galleries are glamorous while others are amateur. They're all the same size though. They're a decent size for browsing, but it'd be nice if a larger size was offered as well. The pictures can be browsed using navigation buttons or a slideshow. The video section is much smaller than the picture section. Members can only stream the videos in flash too. No downloading allowed. This is a huge drawback. What if I want to watch videos after canceling my membership or when I'm not connected to her site? I wish I could say that the flash video looks good and buffers quickly, but neither is true. The flash video screen size is small and it takes a while for the video to buffer.
