I didn't see a significant difference in the way this site navigates. In fact, I really didn't see much change to this site at all. The content quality is the same, it's all organized just about the same with the addition, and subtraction, of a few features, and actually, the content count is almost the same. A few new movies have come through, but for some odd reason there's actually less photo sets than before. As for the changes in navigation, they've taken out the search engine. And they've also moved the "Nasty Nurses" to the vault. As an added bonus for being a faithful member of this site, members now have full access to a couple other sites, and these are sites worthy of checking out, too. Also, if you decide to sign up with this site, I highly recommend doing so through this review. No where else are you going to find a discount better than what we offer.

And now on to the review...

Could you imagine being a gynecologist in the Czech Republic? I mean, here in America 90% of your patients would be fat and hideous, and have fat, wrinkly, blown out pussies, but to have all Czech patients... well, that's a totally different story. The home page shows the latest and future updates, the top rated videos, the top rated girls, and a navigation menu. Because this site dates back 10 years, they've compiled all the older content, which is everything before 2008, in what's known as "The Vault". Everything after the beginning of that year can be viewed in a variety of ways. All the scenes are split up into three different archives: the doctor's office, solo girls and the vault. Aside from the vault, the other two sections are split up in two galleries, separating the photo sets from the videos. Inside these galleries, the scenes or sets are organized by update, but only the videos can also be arranged by rating. A thumbnail of the model, her name, the date submitted, a link to her profile page, a description, her rating and either links to her video viewing options or photo set, all represents each one. Select a photo set and it opens in a separate window. These sets are quite large, organizing all the thumbs by pages of 20 thumbs each, and each image surprisingly expands to quite a large, ultra crisp resolution. Any set can be zipped up and saved to your desktop. The movies offer quite a few downloading options too. They're available in full or in clips. These clips are offered in a slower connection speed, where as the full movies are offered in two resolutions, the highest being HD quality. They can also be streamed in a flash player, which can be streamed in full at a high resolution yet it buffers slowly. Don't forget to rate these scenes to reflect the top rated scenes on the home page.

There are a couple ways of browsing the content from the home page. If you know of a particular model by name, you can use the search engine. You can also use the drop down menu to select models organized alphabetically. Select the link next to this menu to view all the models with headshots for each. These are sorted alphabetically by default, but you can also sort them by date of addition, age, or rating. All of these models provide the videos and/or photos they've appeared in for this site. I wish each of these models showed a bio with vitals. Also, take a look at the forum where you can talk to other members about the models. The blog is updated regularly with any new news about the site and the content.
