With this first disappointment in my mouth tasting like ashes I moved on to the pictures link. I was happy to find that this page had updates on it, however it still took us down into hell another step. The updates are placed three on a page with a decent sized 180x240 thumbnail, date added and a short description, but to go further into the site and find more picture updates you have to click forward, Yes folks is the archaic navigation system in play once again. At least they left the left hand navigation on these pages so you can quickly make it back to go and start again on this leggy journey. To view each picture set shock upon shock you can't click the thumbnail to get into the gallery, you have to click on browse.

Once you get in, no pun intended, well maybe a little, you'll find the pictures in nice galleries, I won't say clean galleries because each one has a nice sales banner on the top and the bottom. How considerate of them. They did at least give us a link to a zip file of pictures. I'll have to check and see if they added upsell banners in there as well. The next step into hell here is that clicking on a picture opens it up in a new html page and although the pics are crystal clear and 800px × 1190px in size you get those upsell banners once again on the top and bottom. If you look up the term banner farm in the dictonary it has a picture of gaylikegirl next to it.

I wasn't sure if I was ready to make that last accent into hell and check out the videos, but I know you guys and girls have inquiring minds that want to know what we can find, so I took a deep breath and stepped on in. The navigation is the same as the pictures and we know how that went right. When you click on an update surprise surprise you are accosted with banners at the top and bottom once again and then the clips are spaced out down the page. Each one is accessible online or you can download it in wmv format. These are all a nice but odd size of 520x414. If you choose the download option you have plenty of time to check out the banners they have for you, and if you go with streaming you only have to contend with one banner at the bottom and it seems to move quickly which was a nice surprise.

When you view the online version you can't go full window with it which was a bummer. the downloaded version is able to go full window. Let's talk about quality here. The quality was decent. The full screen version was pretty good and the sound was OK. Each clip runs about 3 mins in length and depending on what you are after in your videos you can watch it online or download it.

I had time to check out the FAQ section and I found this: How often is this site updated? We update Gay Like Girl every 7 days. I think someone forgot to tell them that three months have passed since the last update. I really do hope that they begin to update this site again and take some of our suggestions and turn the navigation and banner farm around.
