I've been looking a long time for a site with a gigantic collection of vintage porn DVDs. I've come across a few with some decent vintage content, but none of them have ever contained an archive of complete vintage DVDs the size of the archive inside of PornClassics.com. This collection of retro smut is so big that it's almost overwhelming. Especially considering the lack of browsing options. Finding what you're looking for isn't easy when you have to sift page after page of DVDs. Members can search for content by pornstar and title, but that's about it. There is a search engine in place, but it's useless. The word "tits" brought back one DVD. The word "pussy" brought back two. That's no good. It'd be easier to find what you're looking for if the content were split up into categories and also available by scene as well as by DVD.

Even more disappointing than the lack of browsing options was the absence of video download options. These videos can only be streamed in flash. In other words, you have to watch the DVDs from inside of browser meaning that when you cancel your membership you won't be able to watch the DVDs any longer. At least the flash video looks good and buffers quickly.

The design of the site is easy on the eyes with a navigation menu, latest DVD releases, performer menu, DVD title menu, and the content situated in rows and columns that continue across several pages. The content can be arranged by update, title, popularity, and personal favorites. Selecting the "most viewed" option arranges the movies in the same order as if you selected "just added". You know that means? The "most viewed" option doesn't work. Each DVD is represented by its box cover, duration, production date, and cast listing. Clicking on the box cover directs members to the DVD profile, which comes equipped with the casing, genres, a description, and the streaming options. The DVDs can be streamed in full or by scene encoded at two bit rates. I like the thumbnail viewer with screencaps underneath the flash player. Cycle through the thumbs and click on one you find enticing to advance the scene to that spot. The pornstar listing isn't much help considering there are no headshots in place to help members with identifying the pornstar they're looking for.
