The videos can be streamed in flash or downloaded encoded in a few formats. The flash video looks great, but at the expense of buffering issues. Not only did it take long, but the video would be interrupted by long pauses while the video buffered. The downloading is the way to go here. Members can download WMV files encoded at three bit rates with the highest giving way to HD quality video. I also loaded one of the videos onto my iPhone and the video quality was excellent. Each video is available in clips as well. The clips are encoded in the WMV file format at DVD quality. The digital pictures are large and look great, but there's nothing in place to help with navigating through the picture sets. At least the sets can be downloaded compressed into a zip file.
