We had a second look at this site on 08/24/2009 Previous Rating: 91.8 Updated Rating: 92.9 Every time I visit Twistys.com I feel like I rediscover porn, yet the site's core hasn't changed since it was launched nearly a decade ago. Twisty's has always delivered multiple updates daily of content featuring the most attractive women online. It's been made obvious that this will never change. What has changed is the way the site operates and the quality of the content being provided. The videos used to be DVD quality. They're not only being encoded in HD now, but the HD quality is without a doubt the richest I've seen inside of an adult site yet. Along with the HD quality videos are other video download options that the site used to lack. The site is constantly evolving. Though there are a few things I'd like to see implemented (flash video, pic sets that correspond with the exclusive videos, multiple picture sizes), it's becoming a well-oiled machine with a design that makes locating what members are looking for very easy. The site used to lack screen shots taken from the scenes. Not having these screens made it difficult for members to determine whether a scene contained action that they'd be interested in. The screens are there now. The site also implemented a system that allows members to comment on the content they're watching. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to my next visit to Twistys.com. Who knows what they has up their sleeve. The homepage presents members with a welcoming design. There's the main menu at the very top, news below that, recent updates down the page a bit, and then rated content in several different categories all over the rest of the page. Browse the top 25 Twisty's models, top 25 photo sets, top 25 exclusive videos, and even their most recently discovered models; from the homepage. Once you've done that, navigate the main menu by updates, treats, models, images, and videos. 'Updates' gives members that've been browsing the content for a long time, immediate access to the brand new content, and also shows new members that the site will never get old. The 'Treats' category is Twisty's own featured model section where each month they choose a hottie and create a mini-site with her personal bio, exclusive content, and an interview with the babe. Click on the 'Models' link and you're given access to over 25 pages of models with 40 headshots to choose from on each page filtered by rating, alphabet, and update. Can't find what you're looking for viewing headshots? Try narrowing it down by using their "Model POWER Search" where you can specify the exact physical attributes that turn you on. If you're into glamorous photo shoots, the image category contains a menu allowing you to view sets by rating, update, and exclusivity. You can use their powerful search engine which can filter by location, toys, clothing, model attributes and more. The video section is set up the same way. I haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet. Everything I've said before now helps get you to the good stuff. The image sets, which can be viewed as a slide show or at your leisure, contains pictures of super high digital quality. It doesn't get much more erotic than this. If you can't get enough of the set, zip it up onto your PC. Then rate the set and comment on it so other members know whether or not the set is any good. The video section is great too. The videos are encoded in the highest quality HD video I've seen online yet. I was totally blown away by its quality. IF you don't need to see it in HD, watch the video encoded at lower bit rates that still look amazing. The videos can be watched in clips or in full. I'm hoping that flash video is implemented next time I stop by, but until then the HD quality video and iPhone compatible files are enough to keep me around. The scope of this site is huge. It's difficult to fit everything they have to offer into one small review. The Good Site is very well organized making browsing and navigating a joy. Gigantic archive of mind-blowing content with multiple updates a day. Tons of video download options including HD video encoded at 10MB/s. The Bad A site this bad ass needs to make its videos available in flash. Bottom Line It doesn't get much better than this.
